Exam Information

The Exams Department is responsible for ensuring that all external examinations are appropriately administered. We also create the timetables for internal exams in Years 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13.

During examinations, the department has the responsibility for ensuring that the legal requirements for running exams are met and that the integrity of the system is upheld.

Post Exam Information

A-Level Results: Thursday 14^th August

Students can collect their results from the Sixth Form Atrium at 9am. However, students may come in at 8am if they have already accessed their UCAS account and are worried about university placements, staff will be there to help you. Students can also access their results via email by 10am.

GCSE Results: Thursday 21^st August

Students can collect their results from the Sixth Form Atrium at 9am. Staff will be will be there to support students who have any concerns regarding their Sixth Form places. Students can also access their results via email by 10am.

Year 12 Results:

L3 Core Maths & Vocational - Thursday 14^thAugust

GCSE and L2 Vocational - Thursday 21^st August

Students will receive their results via email by 11am.

Exam Office Opening Hours

The exam office will be open at the following times should you have any queries about your results:

14^th August: 9am - 2pm

15^th August: 9am - 1pm (via email only examsoffice@edgbarrowschool.co.uk)

21^st August: 9am - 2pm

22^nd August: 9am – 1pm (via email only examsoffice@edgbarrowschool.co.uk)

Exam Certificates:

Certificates will be available for collection w/c 1st December from school reception between 9.30-11am, and 2-4pm.
